每次一學英語，資料無非就是VOA美劇那幾樣的實在是弱爆了，我來告訴你，想提高聽力改善發音練好口語必須看的一些東西——用VOA美劇什麼的也行，但效率遠不如這些東西，尤其是在答疑解惑這個範疇上，幾乎完爆了其它教材

說到英文聽力或者學英語，一般基礎一般的中級學習者，肯定就是要去聽VOA，稍微好點的就去看美劇，看似有效實屬大謬，這裡就給出一些播講類資料，從語速開始慢慢過渡到常速的

括弧：已經加入奶爸的英語教室或者已經買了我的書的同學，如果覺得ESLPOD和賴世雄太簡單，那麼只需要看這篇學習就好了，每天兩小時，最多3個月，打通輕鬆看懂美劇的障礙

1，American Accent Course簡稱AAC

語速較慢，老師講解耐心細心，深入淺出，播講得當，偶爾有個別發音講的不是很具體，但是有後面教程補充，所以不必擔心

2，The American Pronunciation Workshop

這個大叔的語速稍快，單在所有的導師中，這位大叔總結的規律和訣竅，是最適合ESL外語學習者的！所有略微有衝突的地方，一切講解都應該以這位大叔為准！

視頻教程成於96年，質量遠遠超過現時互聯網上流傳的什麼“荷里活演員發音矯正師”，語速不慢，而且形成的系統很有趣，從慢到快從單個音標到整體篇章連讀，非常棒的教材

極牛逼的一本書，可以算是現時學會自然語流和突破聽力的集大成巨著，幾乎是人人必學的一本書，僅有一點小瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜

8，會話口語模仿教材

以上說的都是學習教材，仔細聽然後跟著學著說做練習就好，真的適合反復模仿脫口而出的教材在這裡：

Family Album USA

晚上流行都是很長的整版，不適合模仿，我這裡給出的是按照ACT折開的一個個3分鐘的小段，適合反復聽

包括視頻和MP3，其中的Focus in是每一個Act結束後的句型複習，比較雞肋

9，聽力輸入和口語用法積累教材：沒有比Englishpod更適合的了
